No character

Hi i wanna Transfer zen to my pwi char But i cant cuz when i chose server it says No character!! but i have lvl 30 char on tht acount. i tried all different web browsers and deleted all cookies etc. WHat i need to do cuz i only charged cuz of -50% aero gears and now i cant buy cuz of tht stupid thing...cant even send ticket beacouse it says no server or character

    Oh and btw i can transfer to all other pwi games only pwi is not working

    And in Dq points page it shows all my characters but when i choose transfer sen ..NO CHARACTER in server selection box

    Submit a Ticket. Billing & Account related issue can be only handled by Support Team in private conversation not in a open public forums. b:surrender

    dozens of players have the same problem, new characters doesn't show up. new accounts says you have no characters created.
    hope gms fix it soon

    Anyone even working to fix this?
    All new characters aren't updating - can't transfer gold, can't get jones blessing, core connect character specific achievments aren't updating(like getting archer to lvl 30 etc), core connect also doesn't show new characters, even when sending a ticket can't select server/character because they doesn't exist anywhere except in game. This forum also show i don't have character created yet..... b:angry

    I am also stumbling across this issue,

    Today i purchased 1.6k zen and wanted to transfer it to my character... But came across a issue when trying to do so. When i went to select a server it says no characters although the character i wanted to transfer my zen to is level 20 ( 10 levels above required level ) I have been trying for the last 4 hours to get my zen but have absolutely no access to this. I wish to enjoy it ingame the way i should be able to being that i payed for this to be able to use and enjoy. How long does it usually take to identify that their is a character on the account and the server that its in? Its putting a serious damper on my experiance ingame being that its my first time playing here and buying some ingame cash shop currency and already coming across issues.

    - have cleared cache
    - have logged in and out multiple times on both site and ingame.
    - made a ticket - still awaiting a response to notify me that they are looking into it.

    And from what i have seen its been a ongoing issues, which also causes the question to arise of how can this even be possible. such a known glitch/bug ( in your source of income ) and it hasnt been fixed yet? you would think being that this is a cash function that is suffering due to issues , wouldnt it be fixed by now?

    some sort of update would greatly be apparetiated.

    Try Swapping browsers see if it works or not ? You almost did whatever you could at your end to fix this issue just wait now for the Billing Team to answer you.

    Any thread over one month (30 days) old is considered to be a dead thread and you're not supposed to post in them. The person you are replying to probably doesn't care any more or can no longer be found on the forums. The topic itself could be out of date. Next time just make a new thread.
