Weapon for archer lvl 90

Ok so closing to the 90 mark and I was wondering which wep should be the best investment?
I have read that maybe dragonbow or windcatcher?

Actually I would like to ask some of you who can help me to see if they can build me an ea without shards/refines
I only know I can afford this(http://pwcalc.com/990e46e6bc5d137b) surely but dont know if its the best option and I would like to keep it at average cost. not to shiny not to cheap.

    FC green or gold bow, or TT90 slingshot. Dragonbow is terrible dps. Gold fc bow is not over 8mil and green is not over 1.3 mil

    TT90 Dragonbow is pretty much equivalent to green FF bow, what're you talking about? XD

    Windcatcher is also roughly equivalent and you can find some utility in its extra range in some cases. 90 gold sling is probably a touch above the rest, but really not worth investing in for a newbie on a budget.

    Personally, I used Vast Land from 85 until Burst of Vacuity at 96, which I still use occasionally when my s2 sling feels like too much overkill. :P

    Vast land is dirt cheap, Dragonbow isn't nearly as cheap. It's true that it is roughly equal to Vast Land, thouggh, but I had a +5 Broad Land so to me, all the archers with dragonbow had terrible damage. I also had -int cape swapped with FB69 def cape and TT90 gold -int bracer with enough stacked str from orns to wear Warsoul of Earth so I was above average gearwise for my level

    Wind catcher is free if you did your bounty hunts and divines from 70-89.
