Sage or Demon

Im getting close to the lvl to choose Sage or Demon and at the moment im leaning toward sage but before i do id like to get opinions of the rest of the community considering this will be my first character to get to sage or demon soooo my question is

Which do u think is better for a seeker Sage or Demon also which r u?
