Issue Signing In To One Server

on sanctuary im having serious issues logging in. at first it says the server is down, then i try to log in a bit later and it takes forever to get to the character screen. characters take forever to come up, and once done and selected, choose one to log in and sit on "Entering perfect world" screen ever since.

i am able to log in and play other servers fine, but i want sanctuary server.
