cant launch Dreamweaver

are some of the servers down? Had a problem getting into DW. Now I can get in and walk around but anything I click on does not respond Ie: giving in a quest. I click click click and nothing happens I go out to fight and I just stand there. I took down my game setting to the lowest and still nothing. I have a brand new Gaming computer so I no thats not the problem.
