dual client

Not sure why but ever since the new update (meridian one) I'm not able to dual client. I'm wondering if it has been changed but in the rules it still says that max you can dual is 2 clients. I usually used to open them through elementclient.exe like both of them. Wasn't sure if it would work or not but tried through Arc as well. I am able to log in with the 1st account fully in game but with the 2nd one, I can log in to the character menu but when I try to get into the game it gives me bug report every time. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered these problems. I've tried to look up for solutions but haven't found anything.
