Cannot connect to update servers

JigokuHibana - Sanctuary

I've been trying for days to get the game to start. After about 7 hours, i managed to get the game to accept one of the manual patches, because it kept telling me " unable to connect to update servers." or " please try other update server". Even now, after everything is up to date, it says the same thing. I can't verify the game files either. The "Start" button is lit up, but if i click it, it just closes the launcher. I've had this problem on my laptop, after installing it through Arc, and now im having the same problem on my desktop, where i've had the game downloaded for years. I don't think Arc is the root of the problem i'm having because i don't have arc on my desktop, but i have no clue whet else to do. I've already added the PWI folder to my exceptions list for my firewall and anti-virus. i've restarted my system multiple times. I've sent in a ticket with a screenshot of my launcher, but we all know PWE support takes an eternity to respond to tickets.

Sorry for the ominous wall of text, but i've been wanting to come back and play PWI for a while now, but just haven't done it. XD

I'm having the same problem. I'll hang around on this thread untill it's answered iv been waiting over a month now for the ticket support to help me to no avail.

I am also having the exact same problem, nothing I do works and I don't know what else to do.I have had perfect world installed on my computer before, multiple times and now all of a sudden its not working.
