ok my question is simple you can turn the crushed emblems into lvl 10 shards, now can you combind the lvl 10 shards into lvl 11 or even lvl 12(would take a year)

    It appears the answer is "No", as a perusal of pwdatabase indicates it has a different item number than the craftable one.
