this might be better in suggestion area but here goes...

If i'm in pk mode on my veno and have Safety lock. If the pwi people can make it so my other alts on the same acct don't need to be effected. Cuz it sucks when you dc and have to wait to do things on alts who aren't in pk mode.

they just need to make it so it effects the one toon not the whole acct.

and i'm in pk mode because you kinda need to be to do veno instance b:victory

    Meh, I just shoot the puffball and one guard and go afk. Still gets me 28 stars. xD One day they will fix the issue and I can actually try for points.

    As far as the issue you mentioned, while I don't PK on any char I do agree with you. Lots of people only PK on particular classes so it would be nice if they didn't have to deal with safety lock settings on all of them.

    Yeah, no, don't do that. It's not worth the effort to pkmode yourself over it.
    Though I agree, SL would be nicer if it was char specific, not account.

    well, SL was designed to safeguard your account, not bypass the guardian scroll cost of pk XD
    you only purge once #yopo

    They really do need to fix this issue for venos. v.v Also, moving this to SB.

    Like Bank-Code i think Safety Lock should be made, using a password to active and deactivated it. b:pleased

    I used to always think that bank codes were another way of not dropping your gear if you die in pk mode.

    I just think it needs to be per toon. My cleric on same acct will never be in pk mode. I have pk'd with the seeker though just not right now.

    Mmmm... this was designed to prevent those that got your account info from going on your character and transferring all your stuff to their's. It has nothing to do with pk mode.

    Yes it is annoying, but I believe the default is on one minute and if not, you can set it to that. You are able to pick up things but not discard, trade, etc. while safety lock is on.
