Nw Is Rigged !!!!!!!!!!

okay so on 1 map i had scored both flags with a battle time of 10-15 mins , 10 seconds before i had scored the 2nd flag 5 other people came into the map. keep in mind i was only one in there before that and no enemies. so anyways once i had scored the last flag i got rank 5. how the hell do i get rank 5 , when i was only one in the map for 10 mins scored both flags , and yet 5 people from my nation come in 10 secs before scoring the 2nd flag and get rank of 5 ? they did nothing , no healing , no damage.

and it happened again

i had scored all 5 crystals by myself , with a battle time of 10 mins , and about 2 mins before the map timed out due to getting the 99 points , 11 people came into the map from my nation and i got ranked 12, also i was only one in map no enemies. those other 11 people did nothing at all and yet i get rank 12 ?

I know how you feel as it's happened to me several times. I don't feel as NW is rigged; it's just a poor scoring system.

PWI is full of bugs lol

It is annoying. However, sometimes when I enter a war and it ends in like 10 seconds I would get 400+ points, which is more than what I would get from entering a map and doing nothing for 5-10mins.

So it kinda evens out.

do yourself a favor and put a ticket in and maybe, reach out to v4l and see if they can look into it. I agree this shouldn't happen. Not sure what they can do but at least they can log it as a problem and let the devs know.

complaining about it here will only bring the trolls.

No this happened to me as well. I dont understand how they score on things I normally just ride with it and think ok maybe its because I'm a mage compared to a higher melee dd, but during crystal fights which I dug them all and waited i had one enemy only then 2 more people of my side came in but they just sat in the supposed spawn site. It was a psy then a BM, and I kept telling them to help since more enemies came in. Instead of aiming for them the enemies aimed for me and I did my best to fight of several enemies by myself and the two idle classes got first and second place whereas I had done the work and tried to defend.

I'm starting to dislike people who dual client this NW and pick only the crystal fights for easy 300+ points for it. It might not be much but it is when it comes to people who try their best to get through the battle and see someone just sit there and soak up points for being lazy. Sure get over it yada yada yada but you cannot honestly tell me no one else has felt the thorn on their side when they see someone zone in and stand there soaking points and getting a higher place compared to others.

I don't understand it either and I thought digging and running with the flag and successfully making it knocks your individual points in battle, not so since I did the same by twice and I got mid-rank compared to ppl who just stepped inside.

The NW is fun dont get me wrong, just sucks when some sit idle, ijs.

It happened this weekend that I entered a flag map that had 8 ppl of my nation there. I entered as the 9th and didn't get a chance to even buff myself before the map was over and the victory sign appeared. And I got 2nd place ._.

NW points are also based on Soulforce, so if you have low refines and they have more than you they get better ranking unless there is killing involved. Scoring flags, capping crystals and all that seem to net you very little actual points compared to killing and the soulforce of others.

Valirah - Sanctuary

I believe points are distributed partially based on Soulforce. Those with higher refines get a higher base score before combat bonuses are applied. On maps with no opposition, there are no combat bonuses, so those with high soulforce rank higher. Points generated by things like capping a flag or claiming a crystal are added on top of what you get for rank and don't affect your placement. You can be ranked 3 and still get more contribution than someone ranked 1 if you capped some flags.

Okay, I shall take that into consideration over the whole assuming its because of my class compared to others because that'd suck if BM/Seeker ranks super high because of their melee class.

I went on my barb last night as i needed to reroll some of his r8r gear. There were several times i was totally alone in the instance do all the picking/digging and what not and get less than half of the available credits and not once placed first. Who was the mysterious toon that got all those credits that was not there?

I know that feeling!! Taking a crystal or flag field solo gave me over {1100 contribution} each field....

But taking both flags myself and then having (6 people) show up all of a sudden as I was reaching the platform stairs gave me only like 500 at best?!! and was in 3rd place????!!!!!! b:sad

But on the lighter side of it when me and 1 other person took all the crystals on a field between us and then had (7 people) that showed up towards the end of the points count and we still both got around 830 points each for that battlefield...b:victory
