how to ban botters ? (mods pls respond)

i've been sent tickets including details and screenshots for like 3 days now but no response. The GM button in game its broken also the "report hacking" button seems out of order too been pushed it for dozen times already...

There are two bot chars in same spot !! and maybe just maybe there are TONS of them now at 2x ... or botting allowed now??

    Botting is not allowed.

    Ask the bots if they are botting.
    Give them a few minutes to not respond.
    Take screenshots of everything.
    Not the exacts date and times of when you do this.
    Submit a ticket with all the details.
    Pray.

    Multi-clienting is allowed

    This. Also don't submit multiple tickets about the same incidence, and keep in mind it takes 3-5 business days for there to be any kind of response. And once they do, they aren't going to tell you what they did for privacy reasons. Closed.
