Random dyes not working

DQ rewards-> send Random Dyes to my character
Try at seamstress to dye a set. Got EXACTLY same color 2 times. Tried even on different seamstress.
I was trying to redye a Camouflage set ( 3 pieces) from Event shop.
It can't be coincidence that bad seriously.

bottom line : random dyes from DQ rewards don't work, i haven't tried the others.
wasted 18k DQ ( 18 random dyes x 2 tries)

    I used a couple hundred random dye from dq on a full set last night. Each time the color changed to a different color until it finally reached an acceptable color to keep. I don't know why yours aren't working but I have to say that they did work for me last night.

    Trying twice and getting the same color isn't an indication of an issue.

    Trying 10 or 20 times and getting the same color, maybe.

    It's random. Getting the same random color twice in a row isn't an indication of anything other than you randomly got the same color twice. I have it happen all the time, with either dye.

    I just dyed a set on Thursday with random dyes from DQ points. Color changed every time I tried (eventually ended up with black) so it seems to work just fine for me.

    I did get the same shade of freaky orange-brown three times though which was irritating. But it happens.
