How far does meridian go?

I have seen the charts for the max hp and other buffs/upgrades per class and have put everything I could think of in the search function but there seems to be no clear answer, just guesses.

Question is: How many levels does meridian have? I've completed the 'circle' almost 2 times on my main and have gotten +263 hp on seeker. Max is +1400 according to most charts so that would mean about 5 times that. So 15 or 16 lvl's? But that's assuming the upgrades are linear and do not speed up or slow down in amount per meridian you open. So 16 is my guess. Others say 10. I wonder if someone on another (Asian) server that has had this for longer knows the correct amount of lvls instead of a guesstimation.

The bonuses go up the higher you go.

In this video the bonus was +7 HP for the first gate but at the end of the video he was getting +14 HP per gate.

I've heard it maxes out after 4 laps but consider that a rumor.
