New Expansion with TT bugs?

I currently do a few TT run, some of the bosses r missing. Emperor in 3-3 is missing, only the shadow left there? Anyone facing the same problem?

    When u are selecting the modes (pillars) of TT just make sure u don't click because they changed the order there. And i guess that's why you are missing boss.
