So how is Arc suppose to work?

I had a bad infection the same day as the big update and had to restore to a point just before the update. Now the game won't launch or update correctly.

I tried downloading Arc with the hopes of reinstalling the game but I click on save file pop-up and get the message that the file downloaded, then nothing. No installation occurred that I could see. No option to install PWI or any other game became available...

Guess I'll have to quit playing. :(

Looks like I'm facing a complete system recovery (back to 2007 ugh) but if Arc don't download then what?

    Err hold that thought.
    I got Arc to install.
    I had to manually slap it upside the head from my download folder.

    Now it want's me to sign in.
    Do I use my PWI account or is this a new Arc account i have to create?

    Use your PWE account ARC belongs to PWE so it's completely safe to log in ARC with your account. b:victory

    Did u guys know how to dual accont with ARC?

    I tried to find the elementclient.exe in the arc's folder but cant find it b:sad

    Well sorry i play PWI without ARC & i can dual client easily without it. Idk what to with ARC.

    You run it from the client folder, not ARC's.

    OK there's no hope of avoiding a complete factory recovery.
    I spent all evening burning the data I want to save to disks.
    The Malware won this battle and I'll miss the first new NW (it is tonight right?).

    I looked for elementclient.exe in program folder but had to reload game because of error and it did ptovide that file with download through ARC
