lvl 70-90

Does anyone know how much exp exactly it takes to get from lvl 70-90? I was thinking of doing several TM69 with my sin and taking an alt in the lvl range to get lots of medals and turn it into exp books to lvl 85 then use order of blessing or w/e from fc armor decompositions to get to lvl 90 on my cleric.
It would help to know how much experience so I can calculate how many runs I'd need to do in TM69.
exp from lvl 70-85 would help then from 85-90 :)
I'm asking this as I don't know how to figure it out myself.
