    They have around 17-20 peeps For Customer Support but most of them don't play the game or behave like robots & they manage all the titles of PWE & Cryptic Games.So there not well connected to the player-base.

    in regards to tech support being overwhelmed with to many games and being college interns...that is PWE's problem not the players. rule #1 in a business is to keep customers happy and coming back to spend more money. if you can't do rule #1 the rest of the rules are irrelevant. also look at the amount of money that PWE takes in annually. they can easily afford more staff without it even making a slight dent in their profits.

    i can't think of any business who would want admit they are providing poor and slow service on purpose. and by your reasoning they are making that choice.

    This is ridiculous. If it's broke, fix it. If it doesn't work, fix it. In the end it's an excuse. That's all it is. There's no justification for it and no sympathy will be given. It is, an excuse.

    Myself and my wife are having this issue now. I can't even see my character. It force closes the client and gives that same odd character error as soon as it finishes connecting with the server to log in.
    I have already placed a ticket, gotten a response and I expect to be moved from the problematic area of the game shortly. Ticket system replys to me fairly rapidly. It's rare I am waiting more than a few hours. (try and guess why, it has nothing to do with how effective support is)

    This problem is causing players who were farming during 2x to be completely crippled. All because no one could fix the game or take the area of the game off quests to at least slow this from happening. If some action was shown to try and slow the rate people are getting screwed over instead of getting your useless replies maybe people would have a little bit more patience. An incompetent person telling people to stand in line to listen to incompetent people fix a problem over the course of days or even a week, while staying positive on the matter is absolute madness. And when your responses are mostly excuses, forget about it.

    For people who encounter this problem, the best thing you can do is just send a ticket saying you are stuck on the game and ask to be teleported to plume or archosaur and hope that fixes it. After that has been established if it still is bugged you can continue working on the problem through the ticket system.
