Found Bug in PV and Refining

my gf and i was pulling mobs in pv and all the sudden all the mobs in the instance disappear to nowhere.
also friend of mine +11 her gear with +11orb, the orb disappear and the gear stay +10 and said fail lol
any more bug??

    God this is insane bugs should be reported immediately to Customer Support>Gameplay with all details (if possible) normally they're not convinced easily. b:surrender

    Using a 11* dragon orb and not getting +11, but not losing +10, is a big freakin' deal and should NOT be private. I'd be furious if I spent that kind of money on an orb and it got wasted, I hope OP's friends' orb gets refunded. Has this happened to anybody else? I'm now nervous to refine, lulz.

    If you read, OP said 11* orb on +11 gear. This means they were trying to get +12

    They said they +11'ed their gear with a +11 orb and it didn't work. They didn't say the gear was already +11. The only thing I can think happened, is if they +11'ed(first click), then hit the refine button again and had tiesha stones in their bag and it dropped down to a +10 again. It doesn't take more than a milisecond to accidentally hit it 2 times and if you have lag, you tend to hit the button more than 1 time to get it going, especially if you hit the button and it does nothing. If this is not the case, then sucky glitch, i'll wait for a gm to say otherwise.

    Like Astrelle said too, it's second hand. I don't see why a friend posted and not the actual person. I rather hear it from the horses mouth.
