3000ms ping for Dreamweaver, Morai, rest fine?!

So for Dreamweaver and Morai servers I have 3000 ping, but they are normal pings for all others.
Question: anybody else have any issues atm with the ping on certain servers? If so, are you a west coast-er accessing an eastern server? Is it just PWI, or are other websites slow for you?
