Missing NPCs after update

The npc Lucidgold Envoy that gives daily quests is missing from south arch. Don't know if any other npcs are missing -so keep an eye open :)

    I can confirm this. Lucidgold and the Lucidsilver (not the level 30 and under one) are both missing from Lost City.

    This tends to happen after major updates, but it's usually fixed before quest time.

    30 minutes til we're supposed to get silver. No npcs yetb:sad

    I was told the PW Lottery thing replaced lucidgold. But who knows.
