All online characters lvl 60+ on our server (Morai) just got something called PW Lottery Coupon (from a 30 mins waiting quest that seem to apear bu itself at 8pm server time).

    press "O" and then "buy gold"... the ingame browser appears... b:spit

    Nothing happens when I click "Buy Gold"

    Ok, "Buy Gold" in bid tab worked. Now what?

    1. Text of coupon state out you should use in-game browser for coupon.
    2. Official in game browser is arc
    3. Checking all arc option of browser shows, no possiblity for using this coupon.
    4. Checking Lottery NPC in Arch, no options to choose
    5. Checking patch notes, no information about this functionality

    --> I think this functionality was not planned and only partly activated now.
    Official statement would be nice.

    P.S.: Click on "buy gold" helps people without any plan (e. g. if they installed already arc or they even forgot shortcut for it) to navigate fast to this browser.

    Then my game crashed and gave me a bug report.. so what else can we do with this ticket that's on a timer?

    Must be a patch problem. According to PW China (Ref here) it is for a Perfect World VIP Draw Event. Gold/Silver Card refers to the VIP class that is associated.

    From the China forum consensus, the event is "****" as the probability of receiving free VIP benefits is slim to none, and that some have ranged from getting nothing to Order of Blessing x1.

    As Perfect World NA does not have "VIP Benefit" Packs, this event is obviously an error and will probably be patched at the next update.

    Yeah, I was thinking it is something like the lucidsilver and lucidgold event - free daily stuff that reward radomly :D
    Too bad they won't implement it here. Even junk reward is a good reward as long as you can use it and it is free.

    Ok it hasn't been removed as of yet... so now what?!? It's very irritating when you get something that seems of value but to find out it isn't. b:angry
