Ferai Soul Rift

I tried for an hour to Infuriate the critters in the Ferai Soul Rift, by using the Ctrl Key and any/every skill I have. I watched the "video" 3 times trying to figure this out. I don't understand Chinese so the video wasn't tat much help. No matter what I tried I could not get any Enraged Guards to get enraged. Is this quest working or am I doing something not right?

    You need 100 points to infuriate the critters, I think you might have to kill a few yourself first (haven't tried yet.)

    It's tricky. You have to target the invisible [?]'s next to the guardians/pufferfish and use an AoE (Noxious Gas works surprisingly well).

    It is a bit lame though, there's no indication of it anywhere whatsoever, the quest straight up tells you to Ctrl-click to attack the NPC!Guards. Luckily, someone here on the forums did figure it out but I don't have the link anymore.
