If you believe your account has been ****, the only thing you can do is change your password and submit a ticket.

I almost ignored this post completely just because of the title, but saw Venus had posted and got curious.

You might want to change your e-mail password too, just in case they "****" that.

You will also want to keep your data more secure in the future and not share it with anyone.

To be honest I Would submit a ticket before all that, as well as run ccleaner/anti malwarebytes/an anti spyware program. (they generally lock the account, investigate, and sometimes will give the stuff back DEPENDING on the situation, it will take them time to lock the account though, just be patient.) Then after you do that/make sure it isn't a keylogger, change your password(s).

It could easily be a keylogger if you recently downloaded something, so you definitely need to make sure its not one, before changing ANY password.

Granted most people with the keylogger 'info' would be more likely to use the info 'farmed' to get real life money/etc... it is still a possibility, so run those programs, and make sure it doesn't find anything. (some keyloggers are ridiculously hard to detect even with up to date anti-malware/spyware/virus programs. They (viruses/keyloggers/malware/spyuware) are constantly changing, trying to find new ways to prevent removal.

Two of my accounts have been **** on sanctuary server.
main account Meggz lvl102 cleric,_Haliai_ lvl99 sin, icemaidenn lvl58 BM, Goretti lvl58, /\/\eggies lvl67 seeker

other account characters is _Betha_ lvl83 veno, _UnTouched_ lvl82 barb, BuFFs_ lvl80 cleric

a fiend which i know for more than 3 years told me to go to epicpw and they also went there say must take a break from here. I played both games at same time and yes i was stupid to do what they said. On the 29/30 june 2013 my accounts got **** and i have an idea who is behind it a friend i know for nearly 3 years.

They are waiting for me to change password on this one also and they will take it

When i changed password on my two other accounts it got **** and they changed my username ,password and email

Submit a ticket here: https://support.perfectworld.com/app/ask and send an email from your email address that owned the account and explain what happened there. CS is the only people that can help you. b:surrender

I did what u said got right username but when i asked for my password retrieved i got the username on it so what do i do now it show different from the one i have

Send a mail to them from your account related email-address explaining to change your password or let you set new password ? Or go to this page https://register.perfectworld.com/account/forgotid see if you are able to retrieve your password ?or not.

i asked for my username they send right one when i asked for my password change they send me wrong username to link to ,this is my problem and i think this email on this account im talking now is wrong also i cant get into this email of this character

a hacker is trying to steal my email meggzlizz with my characters _Betha_, UnTouched_, _BuFFs_

hikingfan@gmail.com -removed phone number- its not in my country, im from south africa so his IP address wont be the same as mine , and i had to recover my email now 5 times in an hour he is very serious in taking it

and then will play on my chars

THe only people that can help you is customer support. UPDATE (don't send a new one, but update your current one) the ticket with all of this information, and the CS team will help you. You may also want to contact your email's customer support so that you can stop them from taking that. Also make sure you don't have any keyloggers or smoething on your account. Look for a good virus scanner like Malwarebytes. If you have access to a computer at another house or at the library, I recommend changing your passwords there to something that is not easily guessed.

Thank your Venus i had to delete the original email but i send them a few and with the hackers details. i do as u say.

I did all of that sylen, i changed passwords ,change it to 2 way verification , he still get in and the set his pc as the trusted one, then when i log i need to put a code in to enter, i changed it back few times reset password and do everything i can.

He just manage to get back in and control me. i tried to find answer on google but they just as vague like many sites u need to read a book to get to their email to report .

i'm about to give up on my email i cant change my username ,password on my game account i cant change my email with the game either so i'm in the hands of people that know better than me what to do , like support here but i don't get any answers from them and if i do on that email he will hijack it anyway.

My main account is also having the same problem. I'm posting from my alt account.

Recently my main account has been auto-banned due to open proxy so I suspected some1 is trying to **** my account, after I got my account unbanned, I changed the password, however I got auto-ban again due to open proxy. This thing confuses me.

I also noticed that before the auto-ban occurs, I'm having severe lag (ping spike up to>15k), then I got disconnected from server, after that I try to log in back using force log from the same computer, however this resulting my toon to be booted from game (auto ban in process).

I also noticed from my net log, my ip has somehow changed to open network for a brief moment. I've been playing for two years on the same network, this is the first time I saw this happen.b:surrender

And, I've also send ticket to customer service explaining what happen, I just want to know how to remedy this situation.

If your ISP offers "Accelerated" service and you subscribe to it, your connection is being routed through a proxy, which will also give you lag when your ISP is experiencing heavier usage.
