sins Power dash gives wrong buff

Sins pwoer dash should give a +40% rage damage buff (wolf emblem) but instead it gives a +40% crit rate these are 2 different buffs plz fix

Yea, because it would make so much more sense to give sins nother buff which increases the crit damage, lets not stack those both to have one crappy skill more.

Just fix the text to "Increases Critrate +40%" and everything is fine.
