It has been a success for some and a failure for others. However, even considering this, a poll will not change the minds of PWI into abolishing Arc.

If you're facing difficulty downloading & installing the game-client, then you are able to download via a direct download posted somewhere in the forums. (Cba to find it).

I've been having trouble all day. I downloaded the Arc and the game twice in under 4 hours on 2 different PCs, but I just ran into issues with my own personal one. I followed all the "fixes" they listed in support but none of them worked.

Thanks so much for both of those links. Hopefully I can play later on tonight.
