my old email is no use, dont remember tha password.
I want to change it but cant, got somekind of msg.
I sent a ticket, but what now. How long do i need to wait?

    It is possible to recover a lost e-mail password, or get it reset.

    As for the wait time, the set standard is 3-5 business days. Which is pretty much Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8). Sometimes you'll get lucky and will get a response sooner, and sometimes even on the weekend. Just don't hold your breath.

    They'll send you a list of questions for you to answer to verify that you are the actual creator of the account. You'll reply back, and then you'll get set up.
