I have read a lot of

post about arc and none has giving me help. And for those that are going to

write ''Stop spamming star reading'' Do not. Players are not spamming just for fun we

need help people are actually wanting to play a game witch they can't cause of this

problem I have more than 10 friends waiting on the problem to be fix. The might be

Working on it but we need to see movement, we want a GM or Mod to post an update

saying something about the problem, it will help a lot and less post will be made. I

You're expecting more than you're going to receive from this forum.

The purpose of this forum is for users like me to help users like you. It is not for you to get a response from a GM on an issue. You should also know that Mods are just other players like Myself that just have an elevated access control to the forums for Moderating the threads and enforcing forum rules. Their word isn't going to hold much more weight with any issues than mine is. We both have similar access to contact GM's

Workarounds have been posted, and ARC is pretty well known to fail at this point. There are tips you can use to get around the issue you're having that are scattered about the various threads. (I've considered asking a mod to merge some of those.)

If you want actual support for that issue from actual GM's, you will have to Submit a Ticket.
Alternatively, you could try heading over to the Tech Support Forum where DarthPanda16 and a couple of other GM's hang out, but their answer is likely going to be almost exactly the same as the one I am typing now.


Edit: As for basic troubleshooting tips....
1. Ensure that both your client, and ARC are excluded from your AV software scans. Verify all files a few times afterwards and then reboot.
2. Set all shortcuts for the games and ARC to run with Admin rights under the compatibility tab in program settings. (DO NOT set any other compatibility settings such as "run under another OS" because it will cause issues with the game.)
