    The support team have to cover up all the titles of PWE not just PWI so the volume of tickets is very high, it's not easy for them to check each individual players botting.

    This is an actual bot. They can be extremely smart. Not that I use them or condone them but here is a quote from one that can be purchased.

    "A perfect world bot to aid the player in staying ahead of the competition. Can and will fight for you, save your characters life at that critical moment, buff your character at the right time, kill monsters only you select, loot gold and goods, buy/sell items of your choice and repair your damaged gear."

    They are getting better for sure.

    That's the typical big mouthing of lc ppl in forum. I am one of the rare people which cares about bots and kos them on our server. Even when I know that it has no huge impact, because they are back in a few minutes anyway. I even tried to report them with tickets, but I had no success.
    On our server we have bots which are active for 1.5 years now. Deserted sea is sometimes stuffed with bots, a few days ago I counted 11 and I even didn't check every corner.
    And there are almost always bots in the valleys of SoT, farming herbs and grind mobs for DQ items. There are also some lowbie bots which farm low lvl mats, normally around plume city.

    The truth on our server is: even big factions accept botting members. If you tell people in world chat that their members bot you get responds like: "no one cares", "who gives a ***" and "whatever makes them happy". And in forum ppl act like we have no problems, because we are so "pro". We are not.

    I did not waste lowbe untamed in broken bridge etc. that is TOA violation in a safe area.
    in fact, I kill jewel and chin if someone else is trying to do that.

    I am using game mechanics to foil a violator out of frustration.

    I wont do that again anyway, unless it is on a bet. that was a lot of work getting jewel all the way over there.

    I cant shoot jewel or I kill him too fast. SO I have to suck up that nasty debuff , but I always have to keep closing with him and swatting him to keep agro, plus watch mana, plus watch where I am heading, especially go around plume, plus watch for landscape and mobs , and of course number one: HP. jewel can still kill fast with the debuff plus a lucky crit in a combo

    everything has been said before about true ticket response etc etc etc. this whole thread was about the new level of clever built into bots, not a qqbots qq thread.

    I feel bad for some of you who are not able to clearly comprehend these posts.

    i'm kind of crushed. how do u fight that with no help from a real GM making rounds.

    just wow. i'm a darned good farmer and picker. learned how to do an airtight route from the russians who were better than anyone else. I know all the hits on the map from living in the woods for almost 4 yrs. I have a lot of pride in what sad skills I do have. this is a hard one to deal with.

    That's really kinda a half-hearted excuse.
    It's not like they need to go in and witness it personally, especially if people are submitting the kind of detailed SS proof that we are already constantly told to submit when anyone ever mentions the fact that they're seeing people botting.
    When you submit tickets over and over, as some truly dedicated people do, for the in many cases the same bot being in the same place at the same time almost every single day, and see absolutely no response, that you begin to realize that they just don't care at all.

    And it's factual that certain tickets appear to get swifter and/or harsher responses than others do, so you know they're getting read.

    I don't really have any pity for the "they have lots of games to look after" rational. If it's too much for the current staff to handle in a timely manner, it's time to hire more people to handle the workload. There's no point in having a ToS agreement if they can't be bothered to enforce it equally.
