What the hell is Arc.

I deleted PWI off my computer and I came back to download it and I download Arc says the PWI download should start, I do not see it starting. Getting pretty annoyed here actually.

    There's loads of official information about what ARC is, plenty of posts on Facebook, and loads of threads there to read as well.

    If fact, not only will you learn all about What ARC is, but you'll also learn how you can work without it.
