Zen still under review

I have bought 20$ of zen on both my accounts and on my nephews account as a gift. The Zen I bought for my nephew with through with no issues.But on both my other accounts still under review! I used the same bank accounts for all 3. WHAT IS GOING ON!? I sent tickets ( no response, called the number... and again.. no response) I Would at least like to know what is going on with my money considering ALL of it was taken out of my bank account!

Beyond that, there's really nothing else you can do if you've sent in tickets and called.
