In that video,the girl is playing with a cool graphic. (idk if i can define it "graphic" )

I mean the way that channeling skill bar looks ,etc b:dirty

    They're using the classic UI. This sticky tells you how to change to it.

    Do note that it's being phased out and is basically getting ignored now, so it is going to be very glitchy and won't really be fixed at all.
