ARC problem

1st i asked few questins in beginer guid but it got problems.
it only let u start the game from arc as i saw,it loads my account auto in game,very strange and it FREEZES at character select menu how can i get ingame?
never had theese problems before when arc was the only way to download and start the game >.<

    really guyts wth is happening,i got directx 9.0 c as you're sistem req are got stong pc,even hardets,havy games work on it without problems,network is fine,got my drivers,and now
    i verify my fails,if this won't work u must quit arc and get us the REAL torrent download it didn't had problems with theese
    forgot to say i use windows 8

    Atm Arc is the only way to download PWI and other titles of PWE/Cryptic Games. All you can do is just Submit a Ticket to Tech Support>Install/Download.
