Morai crashed

Hi all!
For last 30 min or more i can't logging the game in Morai. The were problems with Arch, but now it's ok. So, when i log into the account it's ok, but when i select char and press Start - nothing happen. And it's so on with other my toons and account. I tried to restart network but it dont work.
help plz

We must shutdown Morai coming soon for server maintenance, some issues to investigate and resolve. Currently still not available an exact end time.

    Same here. I thought it was my PC at first too, tried a few things but no joy. Seems Morai server has crashed yet again b:sad

    Messing around on my old RT character in the meantime.

    Same thing happening to me, i can log to my account but when i press start nothing happens too. And morai server is the only one i have this problem, have tried logging on RT and no problem there. Pls if any gm or mod could assist us with this problem

    Whole Morai server is bugged : impossible to exit instances, most players can't talk, etc.

    Please fix or reboot it asap.

    The crash is since approx. 45 Minutes.

    The main world crashed. Instances like Chrono or others are working. But you can not leave the instance and if you are in the main world you got kicked and can not enter with your char. b:sad

    b:laugh The last Problem at Morai (DC Problem every 15 minutes) took approx. 5 days till they fixed it b:chuckle

    Lol.. yeah i remember that last time we had the teleportation bug, we had to live with it for a week b:victory but we could at least login that time.. i demand x22222222 drops b:dirty

    Hmm few days of break form Morai server...

    Well maybe this one will be fixed faster since no ppl log on server or not able pick chara to log in game itself mean noone buying cashshop stuff. And that mean the longer it take no money form our server to PWI.

    GM's wouldn't mind it but think their bosses do mind that break in cash flow a will press them to it been as short as possible ^^

    login pwi web is ok.
    check server stats.Morai is ON
    log my account is ok,
    but .but....

    Still cannot log here into Morai.

    I get this message "Could not retrieve character list" But on the other servers i can login b:sad

    The Euro is approx. 50% more worth then at the start 1999. (EUR - USD) But yes, PWI isn't so long in business. And it is off topic b:surrender

    Server is since 3 hours broken and now monday 10:30 am (worktime) in Europe and still no comment. (not on german forums not on german FB) b:sad
