"an error occurred with payment gateway" ultimate game card issue? :(

So I got 2 ultimate gamecards today, one $20 and another $15. I tried out the $20 on my acc and it worked perfectly. I gave the $15 to my friend and we tried to use it here in PWI but it kept on giving us an error that says: an error occurred with payment gateway" and says pls try again. Ive tried doing this with several different browsers, laptops and clearing their cache and IT WONT WORK. b:cry I even tried it again on my account and it doesnt work as well! I need help? It was activated already. Is it because PWI doesnt offer $15 options? I thought the remaining one can be used ? My friend needs gold now b:shocked TIA for those who can helpb:bye
