First, props to SLITNOT, deveosety and Sweet_Aura for figuring this out.
Yes I realize this has been known to a core Karma group for months, but why not level the playing field.

TIME / SCORE COMPILATION FOR GUARANTEED SILVER

End Score is determined by a combination of Combat Score and Time needed, the higher you want the End score to be, the more mobs/faster boss kills you'll need.

QUICK POINTER:

The higher you score on mobs, the longer you have to kill the boss. We worked out it's about ~15-20 seconds per 1000 combat score in either direction.

Valley 1

Combat Score 14598 | Time 499 -> Score 86 (Silver)
Combat Score 14892 | Time 498 -> Score 88 (Silver)

Valley 2

Combat Score 11266 | Time 503 -> Score 84 (Silver)
Combat Score 11266 | Time 504 -> Score 83 (Silver)
Combat Score 12006 | Time 497 -> Score 89 (Silver)

Valley 3

Combat Score 10002 | Time 439 -> Score 83 (Silver)
Combat Score 10255 | Time 440 -> Score 84 (Silver)
Combat Score 10410 | Time 449 -> Score 84 (Silver)
Combat Score 10515 | Time 450 -> Score 85 (Silver)
Combat Score 10923 | Time 469 -> Score 84 (Silver)
Combat Score 11176 | Time 475 -> Score 84 (Silver)
Combat Score 11281 | Time 475 -> Score 85 (Silver)

In order to get the "upgraded" Charms of Defense / Mystic Armor Charms, you have to run Lunar Glade: Trophy Mode.

These are the upgraded ones:

Superior Charm of Defense
Reduce Magic Damage taken by 67%

Superior Mystic Armor Charm
Reduce Physical Damage taken by 67%

To start LG:TM, speak to the Celestial Messenger in Arrowhead Manor, your whole squad has to be there, but only the squad leader has to speak to him (it costs 12 Mirages).

You acquire Medals (Gold, Silver or Bronze depending on your finishing time) in every valley (3 valleys altogether).
In order to trade in for the charms, you need Silver or Bronze - Gold doesn't give you any charms.

If you have 1 Silver Medal from each Valley (Silver Medal: Frigoris, Insularum and Nubium), you can speak to the Celestial Messenger in Arrowhead Manor and take the quest Silver: Charms or Bronze: Charms, and select Defense Charms (there's an option to get Attack Charms too, but we don't want those). Then you have to talk to him again and select either PDEF or MDEF charms.

For Silver, you get 80x of either charm, whereas for Bronze you get 60x.

Scores for Gold: 92+
Scores for Silver: 81-91
Scores for Bronze: 71-80

You have an overall point count in each valley, you need to get above 10000 to get a medal. By killing mobs you get points, and more when you kill a boss. If you stick to the numbers I use as examples, you should be fine.
After killing the boss in each valley, the squad leader has 2 minutes to talk to the NPC that spawns to teleport your squad to the next valley and get the medal (make sure the whole squad stays near the NPC).

Guide for each Valley:

First Valley (Frigoris):

Once you're inside, you can have one person (preferably Barb/BM) lure the whole valley right in front of the boss, then AOE and kill everything. They hurt pretty bad, so if you don't think you can lure everything in one go, go step by step. Kill all the mobs (except the two that circle around on the path above the boss), then take the boss down to ~100k HP and keep it there.

In order to get Silver, you need to kill it at around 500 seconds.

The two points/times that I'm using as example:
14892 points / 498 seconds at death -> Score: 88 (Silver)
14598 points / 499 seconds at death -> Score: 86 (Silver)

Second Valley (Insularum):

A little trickier than the first valley.
Since we don't have to finish this ASAP, we can take it slow here.
There's little groups of mobs, take them one by one. There's a Shoveal in each group which will reduce your PDEF to basically zero, so take it out FIRST!! What we did was kill the first group, then turn left. Ignore the couple of mobs off to the right.
Once you cleared the first bend, kill everything in the valley apart from those few mobs at the beginning. There are two Tombstones like in the normal Lunar Glade, IGNORE THESE. If you kill them it opens something else.
Once you've killed the mobs, start attacking the boss. He has tons of HP, and will poison continuously, so just keep BB up.

The two points/times I'm using as an example:
11266 points / 504 seconds at death -> Score: 83 (Silver)
11266 points / 503 seconds at death -> Score: 84 (Silver)

Third Valley (Nubium):

There are three types of mobs here:
Chenmo: These stun, take them out first.
Astral Hunter: These don't attack, they just debuff your Fire Defense.
Inferno Charger: These attack and hurt like hell.

Use your ranged to clear the Inferno Chargers, since they don't move around. If you're an archer, you're well out of their attack range anyway.

Just clear them bit by bit, and you'll be fine. Once you get to the first and only bend in the valley, clear the mobs (including the one lone Inferno Charger to the left) and go right. Clear the mobs there up to the boss, ignore the mobs on the left side of the valley.

Once you start attacking the boss, hands will spawn (like in TT). I don't have to tell you to stay clear of these..

There's a little spot at 400, 508 where you can stand if you're ranged, and the hands won't spawn there. Good place to set up BB, but make sure you're close to the right edge, since you don't want to aggro the mobs from the left side of that valley while you're on the boss.

If you're melee, just spark the hands or move around.

The two points/times I'm using as an example:
10410 points / 482 seconds at death -> Score: 78 (Bronze, yeah we fail)
10410 points / 449 seconds at death -> Score: 84 (Silver)

Done, talk to the Celestial Messenger to grab your rewards.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM.
there are no stupid questions, just a lot of inquisitive idiots.
