Okay I used google to see if the Dominance robe really existed and by what I read it doesn't because we need Frost robes BUT I can't find anything other than in PWI that says we need aba/sot and frost capes for it.
Im not sure if I can post links but theres a link here that says I only need WGTM, HTTM, EDIN, BRIM, and Lunar. So in 2013; does this cape exist or am I wasting my time?
