    Some weapons naturally glow.
Otherwise, imbuing them with gemstones of a Flawless grade and higher also grants some sort of glow depending on the shard. I think.

I am sorry to break the bad news to you, but those weapons will not glow.

Glow effect on handles comes only from sharding 2 flawless (or higher ) gems into the weapon.
Flawless gems can only be sharded in lvl 7 or higher weapons. Since the weapon in your picture is only lvl 6 it means you will not be able to use flawless, and in turn you will not obtain the glow.

That having been said, lvl 40 is still low(ish) level and you will move past that very quickly.

I tend to use shards only from my TT weapons onwards.

    Hope this helps

Is it really only flawless grade? We had a fac pair of really low level LA pants that were 4 socketed and sharded with shabby stones, and they glowed if I recall. <_< They were for an ongoing game of tag, the person with the glowing pants was IT. I don't know where they are now though.

You don't add glow to weapons, specific weapons naturally glows.

They're usually glow in such a manner:
Green glow if they're green TT/FC/ weapon
Yellow glow if they're golden TT/lunar weapon or legendary
Yellow Glow with red sparkles if they're golden FC weapon
    Blue/purple glow if they're 3 star weapon
Red glow with some drawn deatails when TT100 orange weapon

Or a variable pretty unique glow for each and every nirvana/R9 weapon

There are some exceptions tho, like Hook and Thorns, sin green tt 80 daggers which glow white >.>

You don't add glow to weapons

Two grade 7 or higher gems of the same type add various glowing rings to weapons. This is what the OP (and everyone else in this thread) have been discussing.

Actually, I suspect he was wanting to add blue/green/yellow/etc. glow to his weapon, and that's something you can't add, either it has it (from being 3*/TT/legendary etc.) or it doesn't.
