    I finally found this discussion,

    Hello all my seeker got the Warsoul: Cost of Glory max attack level 65 +11, right now I'm thinking of changing weapon because I realize that zerk crit is superior.

    Anyway tell me your thoughts should I +12 cost of glory or get the R9RRR weapon.

    Hmm read this thread more carefully I have + 12 Cost of Glory and already said R9rrr is better. even at +12 r9rrr is better. I knew that before i made the weapon or +12'ed it, do ur research :D. for me it just came to personal preference.
