Blue normal quest. NPC Ma Lin.
Click the link for Ma Lin while in Dreamweaver Port, and it takes you to the portal for Nightscream Island. Click link for Ma Lin while in Nightscream, and it takes you to the portal to go back to Dreamweaver.
Can't find NPC anywhere.b:sad

I did a forum search for the quest name and npc name and nothing came up.
So perhaps change this to "forum search glitched"?
