Paypal issue.

Hello PWI,

Is anyone else having a problem with charging ZEN using paypal?

2 days ago i bought 540 ZEN, the payment went through no problem and the ZEN appeared instantly in my wallet.

Today i bought 1080 ZEN using the exact same process and even though i received the emails from paypal saying payment complete the ZEN has not appeared in my wallet and there is no record of the purchases in my purchase history.

Any insight would be appreciated.

    1. This should be in the Tech Support Zone not the Cash Shop Huddle, wrong forum for this D:
    2. Send in a ticket about it -probably shouldn't be on the forums at all.
    3. Sometimes it takes a little for large amounts to transfer from what I've witnessed....

    <.< Why would this be in tech support? Cash Shop Huddle is the forum regarding issues with Zen and similar things, considering the stickies.

    I already checked the stickies but it's not a paypal review, paypal have approved the payment and sent me the email receipts proving they took the money and sent it to PWI. b:sad

    Seems either PWI are stealing from people or they are having fresh issues and are failing to inform us.

    <_< Well, sometimes when you buy on a non-business day (Sat-Sun, US holidays), PWE takes longer to process, because they tend to only work Mon-Fri.

    What worries me is that I also purchased some zen tonight as a little treat for myself, it's a weekday, and I also haven't received my zen instantly like normal.

    All I can say is submit a billing inquiry ticket, since it's been two days for you. I wish you luck.

    The purchase 2 days ago went through with no problems, it's the ZEN i bought a couple of hours ago that hasn't bothered appearing yet. b:cry
