Demon frost scarab not working properly

Skill description (Demon Frost Scarab)
Throw an icy bug at the enemy, inflicting wood damage equal to base magic damage,100% weapon damage and 5135. Has 80% chance to inflict frostbite on the target, causing it to suffer 300% weapon damage plus 5135 water damage over 9 seconds and decreasing its speed by 40%. Demon version reduces frostbite to 3 seconds and increases speed reduction to 70%

I just learned demon frost scarab yesterday and i am frustrated with how it's not working how the skill description reads at all.

Good point

1.It still has a freeze effect from the original demon frost scarab

2.The damage was increased

Bad points

1.It still lasts 9 seconds as opposed to 3 seconds


I know this because demon blazing scarab is doing more damage over time which only has 100% weapon dmg + 6247.....both skills tested on normal mobs. If anything it should be doing damage like a slightly less powerful version of demon thunder ball
