How long do missing items take?

I'm asking this to people who have had experience with this, how long did it take you to get an email/the item back you were missing. I sent a ticket 3 days ago and no reply yet. Do they respond on Saturdays? It says they don't on the website but i have seen people say they do.

    Typical time for the initial response is 3-5 days. That does not include weekends. In rare cases you will get a response on the weekend, but it's typically from the billing team regarding purchases or account access issues. Other issues, such as yours, will not typically be handled on the weekend.
