    Or they can just simply add an account tag to people that you can see if you right click them or whatever.
    Or have a name history option that shows, really the concerns are so easily dealt with.

    Account tag would be the easiest, just let people make a one time choice of an account tag that shows on all of their characters in some way.
    Also, gender change scrolls please. This is by far maybe the easiest thing to implement and I'd love to have it :D
