Hi all.

I think we should push to have the rule on botting changed. It's not enforced, anyways. Either that, or the botters are the GMs themselves, or friends of the GMs. Enough tickets on botters have been submitted that there's no way they can claim they don't know who is botting - and the bots persist on a daily basis.

Since the no-botting rule is in place to keep anyone from gaining an unfair advantage, and since botters do, the best way to fix the competitive issue is to unbind everyone from the rule.

This also helps improve relations and cuts down on the "GMs are lazy/stupid/whatever" comments because if it's not against the rules, the GMs are no longer perceived as lazy for not enforcing the rule. It also cuts way down on the number of tickets submitted, and allows the GMs and customer service people to focus on bugs and hacks.

It's win-win.

    You have got to be the biggest troll I have ever seen. I think that you probably bot yourself, and want to see if you can find a way to make sure you don't get banned for it.

    -also, no, the game is designed so that you.. idk.. play it?! not bot or cheat through it. It would be turning the game from actually being a game to a contest of "who can afk the longest and get the best and newest bot"

    Man bots do a perceptible damage to MMORPG.

    Look at what happened to PW brazil. Those are some scary quantity of botters.

    So.

    Nope, Its not gonna happen anytime soon.

    Now sit down and buckle up, we have a game to play.

    I understand that there's some frustration on how botters often flout our rules, but the rule against botting will not be changed.
