Server Down

Apparently all 4 US West server is down at 10.40~ AM (web time since cannot access game). What actually happen? b:surrenderb:thanks

    Yeah!!! WTF... We gots TW today and I was really looking forward to it. Please, fix you servers...................... *rageface*
