G16 Reroll Refine Keeping Question

Hi I'm currently working on my g16 daggers. Right now they are refined to +2, when i reroll them it consts no chienkung to keep my refining. If i refine them higher will it then cost me to keep refine and if so how much for +5.

    +3. Keeping +4 or better requires chicken stones.
