Screen is majorly glitching.

So for some reason, as I was running BH59, I turned off Best Performance mode (My settings were already on minimum anyway) so I could see everyone. When I did this, the screen flickered black for a second, and came back with half of the UI missing. The upper part was missing, (The mini-map and from my mana bar up.) the right side (The right three-quarters of my quest log) and the lower section, (The whole first row of my skills bar.)

Without more info, all anyone ca do is guess randomly.
