Seeker stances

Seekers can't trigger other seeker's stances anymore. For example, if I'm in party with another seeker and he puts Spirit Bore on a mob, I can't trigger it with my Gemini. It's like the curse effect of HF working only for the BM who cast it. Kinda ruins some of the interplay in 2 seeker squads.

    I think this is caused when you try to mix a skill and a debuff where one is level 10 and the other is level 11. I don't think it works unless you both have the same skill level.
