Demon STA/Stun crit proc

Hi, I recently learned that sage bids crit proc is added right BEFORE the skill, thus letting the bids itself enjoy the increased crit.
I'm wondering if this is the case for demon STA and stun as well? (let's throw in sage quickshot too while I'm at it).
