Can't contact PW Billing Support

About a week ago I submitted a ticket for an issue I had with ZEN transfer. It took many days to get a response. They basically told me I needed to continue to wait. So I called and spoke to someone who quickly helped me. The last thing they told me to do was to call back in a day and I have been calling FOR THREE DAYS!!! NO ANSWER! What is going on?! I realize that submitting a ticket is advised but I have already been waiting for a week. I just want to speak with someone who can help me please!

P.S. I have submitted a ticket.

    Post your issue @ Zen & Billing Help to get a quick response from GM or someone from Billing Team. And have some patience, becoz is patience is virtue. b:thanks

    PWE has a phone number for the billing department, call them then ;x
